As Mother’s Day nears, one local mother and daughter are sharing the story of the second chance they received thanks to a life-saving organ donation.

60-year-old Clarkson resident Linda Baxter said she had days left to live before she received the life-changing call on Aug. 26, 2019 that she would receive a new liver.
